We are not responsible for:

- Offer provider decisions
- Actions of third-party platforms
- Delays, tracking issues, or errors from external services
- Any issues arising from external websites or services
When you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if users violate these terms, abuse the platform, provide false information, or engage in suspicious activity.
If an account is suspended or terminated because of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms, pending rewards may be cancelled.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DESIGNFY LTD is not liable for any loss, damages, delays, missing rewards, account issues, or problems arising from the use of PrizeToCash or third-party services.
